Site Manager
A site manager, plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Here are some key responsibilities:
All our site managers are SMSTS qualified and cscs gold card holders as a minimum and are well versed in carrying out the following duties during the course of a day
- Overseeing the entire project/site this includes coordingating and supervising all staff
- Ordering of material, plant fuel etc as required
- Ensuring that all health and safety standards are met on the construction site and carrying out and recording weekly inspections
- acting as the main point of contact for any visitors to site.
- Problem-Solving: Site managers address any issues that arise during the construction process, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Making decisions on wether or not the site can work that day based on weather and various other requirements and communicating this to the project manager
